Language Proficiency Interview

Post Body
Hi guys,
I will do part of my Ph.D. at Penn State, so I am applying for a J-1 visa. Part of the requirements is language proficiency proof, but unfortunately, the last Toefl I took was more than 2 years ago, so I am thinking about the Language Proficiency Interview done by Penn State. It seems less painful and cheaper than taking another Toefl. Have anyone done this interview and could tell me more or less how it is? I would appreciate that. Thank you in advance.
