I’m just finishing my A level exams( these are British curriculum exams for year 12-13, last two years of high school) from Dubai. I’ll be joining Penn state in fall 2023 for computer science. While going though the psu website I found out that I’ll get 6 university credits for maths, 6 for physics and 4 for economics. (I have these three subjects in A Levels) so what does these credits mean? How will I use them? Will I be able to skip some courses and how will I decide which ones to skip? What if I skip a course and take it’s next one and then find that difficult? Sorry for all these questions…but I have no idea about American unis.
