What are the going rates for third-party tutoring services around campus?

Post Body

I'm doing research for a class project and part of it involves looking into third-party academic help programs available to Penn State students and seeing what their going rates are, particularly for tutoring sessions or other hourly programs. I've never been in the situation where I've sought out one in the past so I'm not to familiar with the offerings out there. The only one I know of is Lion Tutors and they're not exactly transparent with their pricing on their site.

So I'm reaching out to see if anyone has any information on things like hourly pay rate or cost and length per session for places like Lion Tutors or any similar option that might exist in the area.

Also, if Penn State offers any official non-volunteer tutoring, help session style programs (particularly in STEM) I'd love to get some figures on that.

Thanks.
