I tried to put it on today, I'll admit that I was nervous because I was pressed in time and didn't have enough time to be rock hard for this try, but I was eventually able to put it on and even fill most of it.

The instructions says not to roll it but to stretch it and then put it on, it wasn't easy at all and I ended up using a bit of lube to slide it in. The problem is that I would like to avoid friction and not easily cum inside, would rather it will stay put but it's hard to slide it in without the lube..

I saw a video of someone rolling it but I did find it that easy as well and I'm afraid to go against the instructions.

Any advice on how to easily put it without the lube?? I'm super excited to use it but I want to practice putting it on without much effort.
