anyone out there not into length but really into girth?

my wife is primarily only interested in the girth improvements of a sleeve, and actually does not like extensions. im not long, but she likes a sleeve that adds good girth. think like... "soda can" lol. Anyone else in that boat? have pictures? which sleeve is your favorite?
