A while ago I bought the BC poolboy with the 1" inside diameter. After wearing it a few times I now know that I should have gotten the 1.125" inside diameter bc its really tight on me. I'm not sure if that is what's causing such a bump out or not. I see some sleeves have a taper to them and thought maybe that would help?

Just for reference I am about 5" x 5.5". Looking for something 8" long that will also add girth in the poolboy range. Any help would be appreciated! Also, if anyone is selling a sleeve in that range I'd be interested. Thanks!
