How to get ED?

Sorry my last post I thought I found the answer with banding but the more research I did it appears it just kills nerves and makes you numb. And when you do successfully get ED from it…. You’re still numb lol.
I’d like to be turned on but not be able to get hard.
When I do the Sudafed tablets, i can cum but I’m barely even half erect.
