I've been trying to find the trigger points in my inner-thighs and not doing a very good job until I found a video on YouTube that has a great technique. For the right leg you sit in a chair, cross your right leg over your left so your right ankle is resting at your left knee. This gives nice access to the right inner-thigh. Then take your right elbow and press into your right leg. Oh, yeah, you'll feel the trigger points when that elbow digs in there!
You can also put your right palm up and press your left palm into it to give you even more pressure. This technique doesn't tire you quickly the way it does when you just try to massage or press with your fingers.
Another thing I do is to put baby oil on my inner-thigh and then glide my elbow up and down the leg. A really great self-massage, again with little effort and not tiring.
