Hey guys. 28 m here. Last week, I woke up, went to the bathroom and it hurt when I peed. I also then noticed some blood on my underwear in the front. So I went to urgent care, they did blood work and UA and a culture. The culture and blood work were normal but the UA did show small amount of blood in urine and elevated wbcs. They also ordered a ct of the abdomen and pelvis but they don't think it's a kidney issue or anything like that. I've also been having pain right inside the tip of my penis and also, oddly, sometimes get like a shooting pain that feels like it's right in my rectum. I haven't been sexually active in years, I don't do anal masturbation or anything like that.

I do sit a lot and before this happened, for about a month, when I'm sitting on the couch, I did notice that shooting pain in my rectum a few times but I didn't think anything of it.

Does this sound like it could be prostatitis? Can prostatitis actually cause blood like that? I also do have an appointment with a urologist scheduled but it's about a month away. I've also been having the same symptoms with pain in the tip and some blood afterwards. From what I've read online, apparently these kinds of conditions can cause it. But how does a muscle issue cause blood? Has anyone else here had similar symptoms?
