1.how much magnesium glycinate did you take per day?
The bottle I have says I should take 150mg per day. Do not exceed 300mg
2.Did you notice any side effects? When did the side effects go away?
I am experiencing terrible side effects just with 150mg per day. I feel dull and sleepy and I cannot focus at work
3.How long did it take to get better? What other things were you doing besides taking magnesium glycinate? Any tips for me?
