For the last months Iāve realized how my natural state is clenching, apparently my body is used to it and now I have to make a conscious effort to relax. I donāt know if itās correct but I kind of āpushā and that helps me relax the pelvic a little bit.
Iāve been wondering about how much resources and effort I can put on PT, internal work, medications, controlling food (all of that has helped me) but at the end itās not sustainable if Iām not able to regain control over how my pelvis should ābehaveā.
Just leaving some thoughtsā¦ Any experience or suggestion is welcomed.
