Not to clench requires effort and consciousness

For the last months Iā€™ve realized how my natural state is clenching, apparently my body is used to it and now I have to make a conscious effort to relax. I donā€™t know if itā€™s correct but I kind of ā€œpushā€ and that helps me relax the pelvic a little bit.

Iā€™ve been wondering about how much resources and effort I can put on PT, internal work, medications, controlling food (all of that has helped me) but at the end itā€™s not sustainable if Iā€™m not able to regain control over how my pelvis should ā€œbehaveā€.

Just leaving some thoughtsā€¦ Any experience or suggestion is welcomed.
