18 year old male with no physiotherapist. I feel like my pelvic floor muscles are weak since if i ejaculate i feel like my ability to hold in my pee for the next few hours or the rest of the day decreases, especially if i do so multiple times that day. But the thing is the more i browsed reddit the more i see posts about how doing kegels without professional help is a bad thing if i overtrain them and get other side effects. However if i were to add in reverse kegels to relax my pelvic floor muscles would that be good?
