I haven’t been able to get an official diagnosis yet. Just wondering if anyone can help me identify what type of doctor/physician I should seek out at this point.
4 months ago I noticed dribbling urine and discharge. I went to urgent care for infections/STD testing which came back negative. I wasn’t in pain so I didn’t bother with antibiotics. Didn’t think about it again.
…Until about 2 months ago, I had the bright idea to masturbate and shit at the same time. Well I timed it perfectly and I think the simultaneous push and pull triggered a pelvic spasm and the most bizarre orgasm of my life.
The next few days I noticed pain and tenderness only in my right testicle. There was one day I was constipated and it came on stronger
I went to urgent care, the ER, and urology on several occasions. Long story short, I was clear on the urinalysis and std tests. I’ve tried cipro, doxy, 3 testicular ultrasounds (all normal), and a full pelvic MRI with contrast which was also normal.
I’ve been seeing a chiropractor who believes it is related to my sacroiliac joint, and his treatment has helped ease my testicle pain, but it’s only been 2 weeks and it is still tender to touch. I get perineal and adductor tightnesss too. Not sure if it’s starting in the testicle or being referred.
I’ve also been doing pelvic floor cpps stretches for the past two months. I still have a lot of urine dribble throughout the day and I’ve never really had this problem in the past.
Anyone have luck with a semen culture or different type of antibiotic? Or would a pelvic floor PT be the next best bet?
Thanks y’all.
