For those who have had the pudendal nerve block and trigger point injections (general inflammation question)

Post Body

I’m considering doing butt trigger point injections a few days before the pudendal nerve block. They’re two different pain areas so they shouldn’t interfere. But I have heard that sometimes too many procedures can prompt inflammation or sensitize things even - though anecdotally, and as a general idea. I usually tolerate the trp pretty well though and I just do bupivicaine anyway, so it’s not like “oh no, too much steroid.“ Anyone crossed this bridge and personally feel it’s a bad idea to do them one after the other like this?
