Can you really get UTI like burning with PFD?

I was convinced I had a UTI. I had burning sensations start up last night, enough that it was interfering with my whole day. I happened to have some Pyridium on hand and took it so I could cope. When I woke up today, the burning was back and more intense, a feeling I’ve only ever experienced with a recurring UTI in the past. Urine result is negative, waiting for swab results. I’ve had a flare start up since Friday, when I was traveling by plane. My flares usually start with urgency followed by pelvic pressure, and most recently, some leakage. But this burning took me off guard.
