Does this sound like pudendal neuralgia. Surgically caused, one sided. Please refrain from judgment.

I'm not in pain so its confusing.
Major numbness, some itching. occasional zaps. This is pretty sad and probably untreatable.
I had a labiaplasty done 10 months ago. Was supposed to be a simple trim of the labia (my labia was very long and uncomfortable. I had wanted this done since I was about 15). I didn't want clitoral nerve damage so I opted out of the "clitoral hood reduction" portion that is often offered alongside a labiaplasty. The surgeon unfortunately did a partial hood reduction anyways, on my right side. I feel he damaged the dorsal nerve on my right side. I've experienced numbness for the past 10 months on that side. Clitoral, vaginally, and anally. Only on my right. Clit doesn't even get erect on that side during arousal... Penetration feels good only on the other side.

I've thought it could be from the scar tissue on that side too. Left side: perfect, wonderful normal sensation.
Right side: significantly decreased sensation/ pins and needles feeling. Itchy frenulum. Scar line tingles. Still able to orgasm but it's tough and not at all the same. Usually ends in tears and frustration.

Most bizarre experience that is not improving and no answers really
