I can’t take this much longer. I don’t know if it’s in my head at this point. Did body relaxation one evening for hours day after thanksgiving. Just kept trying to relax my pelvic floor. During meditation.
Post Body

I don’t know if the meditation made me aware of my pelvic tightness or it’s all in my head or what. Have had 2 pelvic floor pts. They say I’m not tight. Have had MRIs. Nothing. Spinal manipulation made it worse. Nothing on X-rays. Get sciatic like symptoms. Everyone just keeps telling me it’s my diabetes. Gone on a pump since. No improvement. Literally feels like my perineum bulbospingeous wont go to neutral and am constantly aware of it. It’s like it stops 20 percent before neutral and won’t just be normal. Have tried stretching for months. Only got worse. Ruining my life. At this point basically want to die. No one has been able to tell me what’s wrong. Neuros just say diabetes. Doesn’t make sense to me. When I sit up straight it’s worse. Temperature sensations etc. butt pain. Can’t take it anymore. Standard stretches don’t work. What do I do? Injections are a no go. Temp solution and being diabetic steroids are a bad idea. Have even gone to therapist. Life feels like it’s over. I legit want to end it all. What do I do? Medical field is failing me. When this first happened had leg weakness for about a month. Maybe two. Eventually that went away. I think it’s pinched nerves but nothing on MRIs. Almost at 6 months. When do I give up?
