PFD without pain?

I have been posting a bunch in here and have learned so much from this wonderful community!
It seems like for many folks urinary or bowel symptoms accompany pelvic pain. My symptoms are 100% bladder - I feel a ton of pressure, but not really classic “pain.” Can PFD present without pain? Does anyone else have this as well? My urinary symptoms are hesitancy, sometimes slow flow, and constant bladder pressure / dull urgency.
