This is how it was explained to me by one doctor but I donโt understand it and was hoping for more clarification. Is the name of the condition different in this case? Iโve been trying a medical literature review but the more commonly discussed reason for nerve block failure seems to be missing the nerve sheath due to individual differences in anatomy or other factors. Anyone have this phenomenon in themselves or could help me understand?
