I had a flare up few weeks ago for burning, tightness, and pain on the front side from rectum to penis and bulbo muscles. I’ve been banned for lower body exercising and Sex/masturbation from my pt and we do internal work every session 3x a week. I’ve also doing internal work myself at least 2x a day to release those muscles in the front yet it still doesn’t go away. It keeps flaring up every time I sit which is like half the day with just work and daily activities. I can’t keep doing this. Is there’s something else I can be doing besides constant trigger release and stretching because the trigger points n tightness just comes back and I’m sick of it! My PT says I’m also back to go exercising but I don’t want to flare up with those if I still feel the tightness.
