I’m so convinced quitting sex and masturbation and focusing on stretches strengthening and myofascial would really help me succeed here. Masturbation and sex can set me up for pain afterwards that ruins my mental health which then gives me low energy to exercise to strengthen and then I make no progress. Figured should just cut out the root cause focus on controlling stress and emotions and I should be good. I’m ready to give it up temporarily if it’ll mean getting over this. Is this reasonable or am I being too restricting with sexual pleasure? Does anyone else feel the same?

I’d like to add I have sex with men as well so that only makes me tighter in the pelvic floor if you catch my drift. Internal works and massage is not an issue for me but def harder to do on my own .
