After 5 years of struggling I finally found a pelvic floor PT that is helping me and is adapting my treatment plan based on actually getting results. If anyone is in the NY metro area I can’t recommend Dr. Amruta Inamdar enough. Shes in Armonk just outside of NYC. I am finally seeing more pain-free days after 5 years of zero results from other treatments. Woman is a pelvic wizard.
