My 18 yr old son has just had the surgery but now he is experiencing a constant cough for last 3 days and has no symptoms of a fever or illness. The coughing fit yesterday was bad enough to cause him to almost vomit. The doctors said they’re not sure why the cough is there or persists. Has anyone else had this after the surgery?
