I’m in recovery from an eating disorder and this is the first thing I wanted after getting discharged from the hospital

I never allowed myself peanut butter despite it being my favourite food so today after getting discharged from the hospital I wanted my first at home recovery meal to be a slice of peanut butter toast with flaky sea salt. It was delightful and I’m looking forward to being able to enjoy peanut butter again.
