I spent a couple months fleshing out the in’s and outs of a pb&j business that could easily franchise not too long after initial establishment.
It would need to start with a startup fund of $15K to establish proof of concept [of the new and unusual ways of making nut butters and jams] and to sell the butters and jams in jars at first to generate a customer base. Then once the products have made their rounds in the local community and people are familiar with the brand, those same butters and jams (along with many other offerings) will be the main products of a fast causal pb&j joint.
There are many avenues of revenue/profit, but I’d prefer to wait to give those details to someone who seems truly interested or at least knows someone like that.
The business plan is hashed out and I’m just looking for an investor for first the seed money and then later the full investment to open a location.
This sub seems like a smart place to poke around and see if any here either are or would know someone who could help me in this regard.
Investors: both the seed investment and main investment will be paid back with a higher-than-average interest rate of 50%. Looking for a debt loan and no equity. My calculations would have you netting $1K/week (in profit from the interest) for five years as per the main investment. I have a business plan, a PowerPoint slideshow, and an elevator pitch as well.
Chat me for more details if you’re interested. I apologize for any delay in response as I’m working right now, but will get back as soon as able.
Thank you all for your time. Quite dig this community and the wholesome atmosphere of it. =)
