PB naturally has a ph of 6-7. I’m curious though. Given the health benefits of alkaline foods, would there be any real benefits from making OB with a ph of 7-8?
I’ve read that acidic foods are not bad, but that the better ratio of alkaline to acidic is 80/20.
Would an alkaline PB be worth trying to make?
