I'd like to share my experience with the awesome folks over at GPU shack. I bought a r9 290 from them yesterday from my main email address then promptly went to work. Coming home from work I was fried and I logged into my other email to see if my order had shipped. I didn't see anything so I checked my bank to see if I had been charged. There were no pending transactions so me being the idiot that I am, I bought another one thinking the original purchase hadn't gone through. Flash back to about 2 hours ago. I check my main email after another long day at work to realise that I had another order confirmation email. "Thats strange" I think to myself, "I wonder if he sent me a confirmation at 2 emails to make sure." It dawned on my quicker than I expected. "Oh shit I just bought 2 200 dollar cards right before my rent is due.

I frantically emailed /u/ugtarmas asking if my orders could be canceled till I figured out what to do. He responded right away saying it was ok and that he would help me. It is super refreshing to see someone who cares enough about his customers that he is willing to lose sales over it.

TL;DR: My customer satisfaction with GPUShack is 10/10 and I would 100% recommend using them! Thanks again ugtarmas!
