Did I get the wrong SSD?
Post Body

So about two weeks ago I came here and got some help in picking stuff out (Thank you again). I am just waiting on the mobo and graphics card to come in today to get started.

My SSD came in yesterday, so I just opened the box to look at it and the instructions keep mentioning installing it into a notebook and a few of the amazon reviews mention notebooks as well.

Both descriptions on Amazon and PCPartPicker say its for a desktop but now I'm nervous that I got the wrong part.

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/DgJtt6/western-digital-blue-1tb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-wds100t2b0b

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073SB2MXT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I matched the part number on the box to what PPP and Amazon have, so I know I got what I ordered, I'm just not sure if I ordered the right part.

Anyone more knowledgeable than me want to tell me how dumb I am?
