So salvaging an HP Touchsmart 600...

Post Body

This is kind of a niche question I suppose, but I have this Touchsmart 600 that actually works great. I'd like to slap a scanner and a printer on it, and have it set up as an IOT kiosk.

Now, all I'd really like it to be able to do is have a few touch screen items. Allow the user to bring up training videos, blueprints, slideshows, etc.

I realize this is more software related than is appropriate to ask, I suppose my question is, has anyone worked with this particular hardware before?? Is it such a bitch I'd be better off buying something a bit more modern for this project??

Thanks. PS - if anyone knows of anywhere more appropriate to ask this sort of question let me know, in case this gets deleted :)
