Hey yall, can I get some help?

I built a pc for the first time, so I am a newbie. The first time I ran it, it went into BIOS fine. Then I put in the USB with windows on it, and it freaked out. Basically, the mobos logo was zoomed in and in two half on each side of the screen. Then after about 20 seconds, it took me to a blank blue screen with a dark blue glitch on the right side. Then after another 20 seconds, it would shut down. I thought it was the USB I was using.

I went to sleep and left it off all night, but when I woke up in the morning and tried again, it wouldn't even boot. The mobo has 4 lights, and when it would boot, the boot light would be on. But it was at the first one. The CPU light, that was it.

I took it out of the case and built it. Nothing was working. So I decided to put it back in the case and try another time again. It booted into BIOS. I restarted it and clicked the USB I wanted to use. Then it actually loaded something! The blue screen of death..... Right now, I still see the mobo logo split, but with the windows logo in the middle and the circles spinning around.
