Good morning, I’m a tech enthusiast, I’ve always had laptops but now in my 30's I think I’d do better with a desktop, nothing flashy. My budget is 800$ (or 240K-250K HUF), excluding keyboard, monitor. I’m living in Hungary, so my options are European retailers or within the country. I usually do some R, GIS, statistical software, and some light/casual gaming: Lol, Valorant, NBA 2k21, maybe Dying light, etc. I’d go for a 6core processor, 8-16GB RAM (16 if possible I think?), plus I don’t need the latest graphic card (tho I know there’s a shortage too), if games run at medium quality I’m happy tbh 🙂.
