Can someone help me find a new cpu

So yesterday I came on here and said I made a mistake buying an intel cpu instead of a AMD. But when I went to see which AMD CPU would work for me I realized that they are not compatible with my motherboard and I don’t want to spend more money on another one
Can someone help me find a better intel CPU that can support streaming and fivem. Especially fivem since I know it’s a big game.
As of right now I have a Intel Core i5 Core 12400F
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!
