Now that I've got my PC to boot and post I have a new problem The Aio cooler fans not spinning on the top and the pump is working cpu throttling is happening though it goes the cpu to like 160-170 under load it's bad idk what to do or if I plugged something in in the wrong spot but what should I do?

It will run games and it hasn't powered off by itself yet but it gets really hot 🔥
