I installed a brand new graphics card into my computer a zotac 4060 8gb amp white and it won't start , when I plug it into my motherboard via 8 pin it clicks a couple times when I start the PC, when I unplug the 8 pin and leave the graphics card in the pclie 16 x slot the zotac graphics card lights up and the light remains on but when I put in a older graphics card and i turn it on it turns right on still can't access the bios with the current screen I have I don't remember what I got but the screen was just a msi 100hzt it's new but old don't have a DP display port I don't know what I'm doing wrong I went over my uncle with it who I only call or game with idk wtf to do I'm freaking out I called a PC repair man local to me already. And I don't work idk what to do
I just they spent so much money to help me My (Sister and brother ) for Christmas ā š and I couldn't pull through for myself or me I mean it works everything lights up the old graphics card works in there but the brand new one doesn't
But even with the old one and the monitor I haveĀ
No biosĀ
It's posting atleast and the motherboard works the PSU is supplying power to the mother board it's idol
And this is the setup specs
Ryzen 9 5900xĀ
Gigabyte vision b550 D-P motherboardĀ
32gb of ddr4 Corsair vengeanceĀ
Zotac 4060 GPU amp whiteĀ
EKWB EK-Nucleus AIO CPU Cooler CR240 Lux, Digital RGB, White (cooler)

That image was took when I finally got the graphics card ... And before I ripped everything apart Don't judge me for never testing anything out before now ... I know that's fucking so dumb but some of the parts have been sitting for a year or two and the motherboard works like everything is working except idk I thought I knew what I was doing had all the connections seated and right
