What is my next CPU upgrade?

I currently have a Ryzen 5 7600 and would like to know my next upgrade, if not the CPU what else?
I currently run the following:
GPU - RX7900XT Hellhound
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5 RAM
PSU - Corsair RM650
MOBO - Gigabyte B650M Aorus Elite AX
Ideally want to limit cost to around £200-£250
I use my PC for Gaming and Work (Maybe sometimes at same time - Don’t tell anyone)
