WHAT GPU TEMP DO I NEED TO FOCUS ON!?!?!

Constantly getting paranoid that Iām melting my GPU, but just noticed that there are two sets of temps for the RX7900XT Memory temp and the GPU temp, which one is the one to look out for when playing games such as RDR2? Memory temp running at 85-90 is that bad? Or do I just need to focus on GPU temp?
