No WiFi option can’t login

So I just build a new No WiFi option can’t login

So I just build a new pc and I put in my old ssd and storage in it. When I boot up into windows it’s saying My pin is no longer available due to the change in the security settings on this device. Click to set up my pin again but I can’t set up my pin because it requires connection to the internet put I don’t see I WiFi options on the screen. My motherboard is a MSI MPG x870e and I put in my old ssd and storage in it.
