Need help, got Blackscreen after since the first start

So I build this pc for my sister, using an ryzen 5 4500 fury 2x8GB 3200mhz asus prime b450 a-II mainboard Asus rx560 gpu Kingston m2 500gb
Parts are all new except the gpu, which is my old and is still working without problems.
Cant even install windows or any software because I get no display. Any advices? Do I have to upgrade the bios? How do I do that without any picture?
