How can you tell if your graphic card has failed/broken

because my pc did work then turn it off for a couple of hours then turn back on and now I have no display on my monitor when I turn it it just says no signal but my motherboard not lighting up vga so I confuse Iām decently new at the PC stuff soo any help would be appreciated.
