Is a 14900k/RX 6960 XT enough for content creation and 1440p gaming at +120hz?

What’s up? Im reaching out to y’all because I want to build a PC that can handle content creation and 1440p gaming at 120hz. Im mostly going to be using Adobe programs such as Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator. However, there’s also the chance that I might get to do animation and music production on it too. Some games that I would be playing on this are CoD, Forza, GTA V, RDR II and most likely GTA VI whenever it comes out. I’m wanting to go Intel because, according to what I have heard, some programs like the Adobe program tend to support them better. I’m going to be building my PC over time so I can afford investment money where it will be needed (like GPUs). I’m not necessarily wanting to future proof, but I’m definitely wanting to make sure that I have a strong build that will last me 3 years before I have to buy another motherboard and GPU.
