Corsair vengeance ddr5 RAM

I am not able to boot my PC at all when enabling XMP. The ram (Corsair Vengeance ddr5 6000cl36 2×16gb CMK32GX5M2D6000C36 ) bought is on the compatibility list for my while I've seen other people with the same ram and motherboard (MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk Wifi with a Ryzen 5 7600x) use the XMP just fine, and even some that have stability issues with it they are at least able to get it to boot and run with XMP enabled and run it at lower speed for increased stability. I've even updated my bios to 2 different new versions to no avail. It runs completely fine without XMP but refuses to boot at all with XMP (i'll save settings and exit bios and give me an orange light on my mobo which indicates a dram issue).Does anybody know what's going on? Am I out of luck and need to send out an RMA or am I not even able to do that since it works fine at stock speed?
