PC booting, getting past bios screen, monitor showing cursor, not going past that. Upgraded build

Hey all. I have a Gigabyte b550 vision D-P MB.
I just upgraded from a Ryzen 5 5600x, 750W power supply and RTX 3060 GPU Ryzen 9 5950X, 1300W PSU and a EVGA 3090.
I initially had a 9E code, which I read here was TPM related, so I went inside the BIOS and turned TPM off. Now, I have an AA code. The PC will boot, lights are all on, but the only thing I see on my monitor is my cursor. Not sure where to go from here.
