New PC Build won’t power on

I hope this is the right place. I’m at a bit of a loss and losing the will to live. I’m attempting to build a new PC, I’ve build a couple in the past but they were low spec and simple. I put everything together and the computer wouldn’t boot at all. No sounds, no LEDs nothing. I’ve unplugged basically everything from the MB and now just has the cpu, MB, CPU and the front panel. an plugged in.

I used the F Panel connector that came with my case to port it to the MB. When I took that out and just used the standard connector from the case itself I now get the attached. The LEDs flicker and the PSU clicks over and over. Sorry if the quality is poor.
