In modern warfare 2 I keep having stuttering issues. I have the game on the lowest settings and when I join a match it like I have to sit there and wait for the fps to adjust. It’ll finally stabilize around 135-140 and then when I start playing it’ll drop drastically 120 then to 80 then back up to 90, 130 etc. not really sure what else to do
