So I have had my PC for just over three years now. It has had its ups and downs but overall has done well. I just recently moved and normally, I will move my PC myself to make sure it is not shaken or damaged, but I was handling some parking issues when the movers came and my fiance gave the movers the box with all of my computer parts in it (to say these movers were like a bull in a China shop is an understatement).
But, when we got into the new place, set up my PC and I have had issue since Day 1.
I confirmed all components were connected still and nothing loose. Initially my entire system crashed, files were corrupted and I was unable to even factory reboot. I bought a pair of new SSDs and an operating system and started over. After completing that install, driver updates and all my normal software for gaming I tried out a few rounds and was met with constant stuttering and fps drops (monitor is 239hz and I would normally get 180-200 before the move). I was struggling to get 30-40 fps. Went through CPU and GPU tests to confirm if anything was damaged but all tests I ran came back OK.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? If not my next step is to upgrade my CPU/GPU but I really am hoping not to.
