Sleep-USB-Turning on problem

My mobo is an MSI MPG Z590M GAMING EDGE WIFI, but I have a problem with it.
If I turn on USB wake up at bios wake up events, then the wake up works fine, but when the computer is turned off, turning on a mouse/keyboard keypress.
If I turn off the USB wake up event, then i have to use the power button for wake up the computer.
It's really annoying, any possible fix?
