So I decided to build a PC and I was working on it with my friend and we put it all together and boot it for the first time and come to find out it won’t go past the CPU. So naturally, we try updating the bios to see if that will work. Turns out that did not work so we tried a few other things and still nothing. We thought the motherboard might be bad so I sent it back for a replacement. I got the replacement back yesterday, and I made sure I have to do the bios before anything else, and still nothing for the CPU. The motherboard is the MSI b550 tomahawk. And my processor is a Ryzen seven 5700. Could it be possible? I have gotten too bad boards and should just try a different board completely? Or if there’s anything I have not done that you think may help I would love your advice.
