Pc won't boot after shutdown

I was shutting down my pc to go to bios, but after i shut down my pc it wouldn't turn back on. I am very fidgety so while it turned off I was pressing f12 repeatedly. Not sure if that does anything while shutting down though.
When I turn the pc on nothing happens at all, the lights don't turn on, the fans don't even spin a little bit or anything.
I have had the pc for about 8 months with no issues.
