So I am upgrading my pc which is
i7 9700k
rtx 3080
32gb ddr4 ram
I will be keeping the GPU and change the MOBO, CPU, and RAM with the bundles from microcenter.
I mainly game on my system and also do college work. Occasionally, I will edit videos for tiktok, youtube, etc and am wondering on if I should get AMD or intel. My main options are the AMD R7 7800x3D or an Intel 19 12900K. Are the render times noticeable between the two CPUs? Thanks
Also, what motherboards/ram kits am I able to switch out on microcenter? I read on another post that you can but every time I change it to anything, they take away the discounts completely.
