Self build PC not turning on at all. Worried I've fried the motherboard by getting the front panel connectors wrong!
Post Body

Hi!

So I've finished building my son a gaming pc,

But it won't turn on at all, literally nothing happens.

Power switch is on, I've checked the plug between the PSU and mobo is in properly. I will check the rest shortly.

Only thing I found wrong was the front panel connectors. Because the manual was pretty unclear, instead of putting the 'power' and 'reset' plugs in horizontally, i.e. negative next to plus, I put them in vertically, meaning a reset pin was where the power should be and vice versa. Have I fried the motherboard? Terrified that I have.
